Use this route for accessibility feedback, catalog corrections, technical problems and questions about the Soap2Day publication.

Before sending a message

Include the exact page address and a short subject that names the issue. A report such as “poster for the 2024 movie points to the 1998 title” can be investigated; “site broken” cannot. For technical behavior, add device, browser, date, visible message and whether another Soap2Day route works.

Choose the correct category

Catalog correction: wrong title, year, format, language, summary or artwork.
Technical issue: search, navigation, My List, install or responsive-layout problem.
Accessibility: keyboard, focus, contrast, labels, zoom or screen-reader feedback.
Rights request: use the dedicated Rights Requests procedure.

Protect private information

Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, identity documents or full account screenshots. Soap2Day cannot troubleshoot the private account of an external provider. Contact that service directly when the problem begins after the Watch Now handoff.
