What belongs in a correction

Useful reports include the complete Soap2Day URL, the text or element that is wrong, the correct information, a reliable supporting source and the date observed. For similarly named movies or remakes, include the year, format and original title. For an image mismatch, describe the work currently shown and the work expected.

Availability changes

Viewing offers can vary by country and change quickly. Select the relevant country, open the destination and confirm that the mismatch still exists before reporting it. Include the provider and category—subscription, rental, purchase, free or ad-supported—without sharing account credentials or payment information.

Technical problems

For a broken search, button or layout, include device, operating system, browser version, time and the first failing step. State whether Today, Movies and another title page work. The status guide can help isolate the layer before the report reaches us.

What happens next

We compare the report with the page and source, correct material errors and rebuild affected metadata or links. A correction request is not the correct route for ownership or removal claims; use Rights Requests for those matters. Send the complete report through Contact.
